Panchakarma and Yoga

Holistic Detoxification & Therapeutic Healing

At our clinic, Panchakarma and Yoga Therapy are integrated to provide a complete mind–body–spirit healing experience. Rooted in classical Ayurveda, Panchakarma eliminates accumulated toxins (Ama), restores doshic balance, and rejuvenates the body. Yoga complements this process by strengthening physical health, calming the mind, and stabilizing emotional well-being.

Together, these therapies create a powerful system for deep detoxification, disease management, and long-term preventive healthcare.

What is Panchakarma?

Panchakarma is a classical Ayurvedic purification therapy designed to cleanse the body at a cellular level. Unlike symptomatic treatment, Panchakarma focuses on eliminating toxins and correcting internal imbalances responsible for chronic illness.

It is highly beneficial for:

Five Main Panchakarma Procedures

Medicated Oil Massage (Abhyanga)

Abhyanga is a therapeutic full-body massage performed using warm herbal oils selected according to the individual’s body constitution. This therapy nourishes tissues, improves blood circulation, reduces stiffness, relieves stress, and prepares the body for deeper detoxification procedures.

Herbal Steam Bath (Swedana)

Swedana is a controlled herbal steam therapy given after oil massage. It helps open body channels, liquefy toxins, reduce heaviness and joint stiffness, and promote sweating to support natural toxin elimination.

Medicated Vomiting (Vamana)

Vamana is a carefully supervised therapeutic procedure used to eliminate excess Kapha dosha from the body. It is beneficial in conditions like respiratory disorders, allergies, skin diseases, and metabolic imbalance by cleansing the upper digestive tract.

Medicated Purgation (Virechana)

Virechana is a gentle cleansing therapy aimed at removing excess Pitta dosha. It detoxifies the liver and intestines, supports skin health, improves digestion, and helps manage hormonal and inflammatory disorders.

Medicated Enema (Basti)

Basti is one of the most important Panchakarma therapies used to balance Vata dosha. Herbal decoctions or medicated oils are administered rectally to treat joint disorders, back pain, neurological conditions, constipation, and chronic Vata-related diseases.

Nasal Drops (Nasya)

Nasya involves administering medicated herbal oils or drops through the nasal passage. It helps cleanse toxins from the head region and is effective for sinusitis, migraine, hair fall, cervical pain, stress, and sleep disturbances.

Bloodletting Therapy (Raktamokshana)

Raktamokshana is a specialized purification therapy used for removing impure blood and improving circulation. It is recommended in certain chronic skin conditions, inflammatory disorders, acne, and non-healing wounds under expert supervision.
